From my first meeting with Martin and Yvonne in Care to Comfort showroom, I found them to be engaging and understanding of our need for an electric adjustable bed. They pointed out the pros and cons of the various options and promptly... emailed all the details for us to consider. At no time did I feel under any pressure to buy but at all times felt assured by their knowledge and understanding of what was required. The bed with the luxurious headboard, which Yvonne recommended, was delivered at the promised time and our existing bed was delivered to a nearby address as part of the service. A small issue with one mattress was dealt with promptly and much to our satisfaction. Martin and Yvonne provide a caring and prompt sales and after sales service, rarely found in commercial business today. They took away all the stress of the decision making involved in such an important purchase. We needed a very specific type of bed for our teenage daughter. Due to her epilepsy and sleep disorder, she sometimes needs a parent co-sleeping. Hi everyone my name is Neasa and I love care to comfort. I have been using their electric adjustable beds for nearly 4 years now and they always accommodate me when I want to go away. I am able to stay in the top hotels all over Ireland,... and if it was not for care to comfort, i would not be able too. I love my holidays away and because of care to comfort i can book my holidays away in advance and have something wonderful to look fowards too knowing that everything will work and be ready and set up for me on my arrival to my hotels. I do not needed to worry about any thing. I only used to go away with hydrocephalus spina bifida to conferences and weekends away with them, but now because of care to comfort i can choose where and when i want to go away for my own holidays. Martin, his son and the whole team are truly wonderful. They are caring, kind, organised and the nicest professionals ever. They all have changed my life completely and for the best. I have been in a manual and electric wheelchair all my life and because of Martin and this wonderful team i can now go to the top hotel's just like everyone eles. No fuss is made because i am a wheelchair user. Just because i have a disability, care to comfort has made it so i am not treated any differently to any one else. From the first time we met Yvonne & Martin we were impressed by their knowledge and understanding of our requirements & the showrooms too. After a couple of visits we took the plunge and ordered the Lislee bed.The 2 Michael’s notified us... they were on their way & from the moment they arrived they never stopped working. Moving a chest of drawers & setting up our old bed.They assembled the new bed in jig time. We were most impressed. They even put back pictures which they had to take down as they were afraid they would knock them moving the new bed up the stairs.They took away a bed & mattress which was surplus to our requirements.We haven’t experienced such efficiency & pleasantness for a long time.Alec & Heather.read more

My contact with every member of the Care to Comfort team was a very pleasant experience. Yvonne's and Martin's advise was thorough and taking into account of my personal situation. There is a great variety of different styles without... compromising on comfort and functionality. The design of the bed frame is of a beautiful craftsmanship and the technical details of the slatted frame are robust and easy to operate. Delivery, assembly and removal of the old bed was eagerly awaited and efficiently done. I am delighted with the quality of the bed in every aspect and I am looking forward to be going to bed in the evening. My discomforts upon waking up in the morning have greatly reduced since. I cannot recommend this company enough. From the moment I called to enquire about an adjustable electric bed, Care to Comfort were very professional from the start. We needed a bed straight away and we choose the" Care to Comfort... Immediately” option. This is a selection of beds they have available for immediate delivery for when you are in need of an electric adjustable bed right away. They delivered the bed from Dublin to the west of Ireland within a couple of days! They gave me an update on estimated time of arrival throughout the day of delivery. My dealings with Care to Comfort have been positive from my initial contact with Martin and Yvonne to the bed being installed, and the installers were so patient and helpful [apologies, didn't catch their names but again, installers... doesn't cover it]. Everyone on the team is an expert. Nothing was too much trouble. I'm also very confident in any after sales help I might need. Martin and Yvonne discussed my options with me and between us came up the right fit. I got the legs shorter than standard which was no problem to them. A friend of mine had the same experience with her purchase a few months ago. It's a great feeling to support an Independent Irish business and where all the products are made in Ireland. The only fly in the ointment was that the level of the bed can't be adjusted by remote, just head and feet. However, if required, at a later stage the complete mattress can be lowered/raised.Highly recommend 👌read more

We were greeted by Yvonne & Martin who explained all the various aspects of the different beds. Having settled on a particular model, it was promptly delivered and installed.Several months later we needed to move that bed to a different... room and despite being busy they arranged for two men to call out promptly. They disassembled the bed and moved it into another room. No fuss. Not only that, they even removed another bed (not from them) to another room also. First class service. Very professional. Care to Comfort have been assisting us for several years now with the appropriate electric adjustable bed needs for my mum. As her condition deteriorated recently, they advised on what would be the best bed for her now. They installed it... at 24 hours notice. The previous bed was in pristine condition and they dismantled it and installed it for a relative who suddenly was in need of a bed. Where to start, from the moment i interacted with Yvonne about the type of mattress i was looking for to the delivery, the entire process was flawless. Both Martin and Yvonne bent over backwards to ensure what i had purchased was correct... and i was happy, when the first mattress wasn't suitable for my 85yr old mother, they offered to swap it out the next day and provide another more suitable mattress in its place (the first mattress was what i had chosen and turned out to be too hard and Yvonne suggested the replacement so the error was on my side on theirs...want to make that clear!).I wish all companies took their customer service as seriously as this company does. The Product (Electric Bed ) and the back up customer service are second to none with this company. We live in Cork and recently we required some customer service support on a Saturday afternoon and Martin was there to assist and... diagnosed our problem via a video call. He immediately set about locating the required spare part and had it sent by registered post to us on the following Monday.In terms of the electric bed, we have, it is a top quality product which is in continuous use for the past number of years as we care for an elderly parent at home.
