My dealings with Care to Comfort have been positive from my initial contact with Martin and Yvonne to the bed being installed, and the installers were so patient and helpful [apologies, didn't catch their names but again, installers... doesn't cover it]. Everyone on the team is an expert. Nothing was too much trouble. I'm also very confident in any after sales help I might need. Martin and Yvonne discussed my options with me and between us came up the right fit. I got the legs shorter than standard which was no problem to them. A friend of mine had the same experience with her purchase a few months ago. It's a great feeling to support an Independent Irish business and where all the products are made in Ireland. The only fly in the ointment was that the level of the bed can't be adjusted by remote, just head and feet. However, if required, at a later stage the complete mattress can be lowered/raised.Highly recommend 👌read more

We had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne and Martin when we recently visited the showroom, who immediately put us at ease, they were so warm and inviting and listened to and quickly understood the needs of our disabled son. We purchased the... Lisalee adjustable split bed and our son absolutely loves it, he is so comfortable in this bed with the super comfy mattress. Being able to adjust the bed to suit his care needs is of enormous importance and benefits him and those caring for him every single day. A beautiful bed which looks fantastic in our son’s new bedroom, affords him greater comfort and independence. I was greeted warmly by Yvonne when I first visited CaretoComfort's showroom. She was very helpful and discussed all the various options for a bed with me including finishes and helped me choose one suitable for my needs. I am very happy... with my new bed. From the moment we walked into the sandyford showroom to the delivery and assembly of the bed the experience was amazing. We cannot fault Care 2 Comfort! We were buying a bed for my elderly mother and Yvonne in the show room was wonderful (and patient) at helping mum choose the right bed. The delivery and set up chaps were great - on time, efficient and took... away the old mattress. Best of all, the new bed is very comfortable and easy to use!read more

This is the first time we have used Care to Comfort and my only regret is that we did not know of them sooner. Martin went out of his way to provide excellent service, advice, and comfort to both my Mum and me. He was efficient and... thoughtful and our order arrived with no delays. We were greeted by Yvonne & Martin who explained all the various aspects of the different beds. Having settled on a particular model, it was promptly delivered and installed.Several months later we needed to move that bed to a different... room and despite being busy they arranged for two men to call out promptly. They disassembled the bed and moved it into another room. No fuss. Not only that, they even removed another bed (not from them) to another room also. First class service. Very professional. Care to Comfort have been assisting us for several years now with the appropriate electric adjustable bed needs for my mum. As her condition deteriorated recently, they advised on what would be the best bed for her now. They installed it... at 24 hours notice. The previous bed was in pristine condition and they dismantled it and installed it for a relative who suddenly was in need of a bed. The right bed is so important when caring for an elderly relative at home. I can't recommend them enough. They care about their customers.read more

Had a private consultation with Yvonne in Care to Comfort, to explore bed options for my Mum.Yvonne went through every detail of my Mums requirements before going through electric bed options & then physically allowing me to try each... mattress myself.The consultation was not rushed & plenty of time & consideration given.An Irish made bed & mattress was the best option & then aesthetically designed for Mum. Excellent quality & to top it all off, delivered within 2-3weeks.We had one issue after delivery. When I contacted Yvonne, there was someone out that afternoon to rectify the situation. We got an orthopaedic bed from Care to Comfort. At the time we needed it they didn't have the exact type in stock - it was due within the week. They immediately provided an equivalent one anyway to tide us over. Then replaced it a week... later with the one we wanted. All with no fuss or charges! The customer comes first!read more

Buying an adjustable is not something you do every day. We made an appointment to visit the Care to Comfort showroom where Yvonne and Martin explained the various options and we were invited to "try" the beds and chairs on display. After... making our decision the beds + chairs were delivered 4 days later and installed by Care to Comfort.A great team, so many thanks to Martin, Yvonne and the 2 Michael's for their help, efficiency and friendly manners. Where to start, from the moment i interacted with Yvonne about the type of mattress i was looking for to the delivery, the entire process was flawless. Both Martin and Yvonne bent over backwards to ensure what i had purchased was correct... and i was happy, when the first mattress wasn't suitable for my 85yr old mother, they offered to swap it out the next day and provide another more suitable mattress in its place (the first mattress was what i had chosen and turned out to be too hard and Yvonne suggested the replacement so the error was on my side on theirs...want to make that clear!).I wish all companies took their customer service as seriously as this company does. The Product (Electric Bed ) and the back up customer service are second to none with this company. We live in Cork and recently we required some customer service support on a Saturday afternoon and Martin was there to assist and... diagnosed our problem via a video call. He immediately set about locating the required spare part and had it sent by registered post to us on the following Monday.In terms of the electric bed, we have, it is a top quality product which is in continuous use for the past number of years as we care for an elderly parent at home. Care to comfort is a fine example of an Irish company at their very best. My wife and I highly recommend them.read more
