Returns Policy

Care to Comfort’s policy states that only unopened beds and mattresses may be returned. Once a bed or mattress has been opened or slept in, it cannot be returned due to hygiene and Covid restrictions. To test a product you are unsure of, please keep it sealed in its original packaging and inform the delivery drivers that you want to keep the product sealed until you have tested it. Please note that once the packaging has been opened, the product will be considered used and cannot be returned.

Care to Comfort is dedicated to customer satisfaction and offers a full return for faulty goods. Please note that all sizes given are approximate and bed and mattress sizes refer only to the sleeping surface. Mattress sizes may vary slightly due to manufacturing, comfort grading is for guidance only and supplied to Care to Comfort by the manufacturer.

When placing a mattress on a bed base, please note that there may be a gap around the edges, which is normal to allow for rotation and bedding. This is not considered a fault. All warranties and guarantees are supplied to Care to Comfort by the manufacturer, and replacement parts may need to be shipped from the manufacturer’s premises.

The guarantee of 5 years covers normal domestic home use only and does not apply to any defects arising from wear and tear, damage, accidents, negligence, failure to follow care instructions, or any alterations or repairs carried out without prior written approval from Care to Comfort. Care to Comfort may arrange an inspection at its own discretion to verify the issue. If the goods have not breached the guarantee. In the rare event that goods breach the guarantee, Care to Comfort will repair or replace the goods free of charge.

Care to Comfort will not be liable for any damage caused to your property or house contents if its employees have taken due responsibility. Please ensure that the entrance and area where the product(s) will be delivered are clear of any obstructions and that there is reasonable room to build the bed. Pathways must be clear of pictures, mirrors, lamps, light shades, etc.
