We got an orthopaedic bed from Care to Comfort. At the time we needed it they didn’t have the exact type in stock – it was due within the week. They immediately provided an equivalent one anyway to tide us over. Then replaced it a week later with the one we wanted. All with no fuss or charges! The customer comes first!
