Care to Comfort

Where to start, from the moment I interacted with Yvonne about the type of mattress I was looking for to the delivery, the entire process was flawless. Both Martin and Yvonne bent over backwards to ensure what I had purchased was correct and I  was happy, when the first mattress wasn’t suitable for my 85 year old mother, they offered to swap it out the next day and provide another more suitable mattress in its place (the first mattress was what I had chosen and turned out to be too hard and Yvonne suggested the replacement so the error was on my side on theirs… I want to make that clear!). I wish all companies took their customer service as seriously as this company does. Both Martin and Yvonne were very helpfully and pleasant to deal with.
