Four years ago I bought an adjustable bed from Care to Comfort that met my needs as a person with a disability and full time wheelchair user, it suited, comfortable and until just days before Christmas 2019 when it went up but would not come down. Who is going to come out to fix a 4 year old bed at that time of year? Anyway I phoned Yvonne and Martin around 11 and they were here just after lunchtime. Fixed the problem so that the bed was useable again if not with all the features but I could get into it and have a good night’s sleep just like the previous 4 years. After the holidays Martin has been back with parts and got everything working to our satisfaction again. This is what you call real customer service of the highest order and an example that other companies should take note of. I have no qualms or doubts about singing their praises. Well done all at Care to Comfort and continued success with your business. (By the way did you know if you are disabled and buying an adjustable bed due to your disability you may be able to reclaim the VAT from the Revenue Commission – I didn’t until Yvonne told me – as I said customer service)
