Care to Comfort

I was really impressed recently when I contacted Care to Comfort with a problem I had with an electric bed that I purchased many years ago. The shop where I bought it was unable to help me as the bed was several years old. Martin at Care to Comfort went far and above the call of duty to try and help me solve my problem, even sending me a control hand unit in the post to try it out in the hope that it might work. It is so seldom to meet someone who actually cares that much about a customer’s needs when there isn’t a lot to gain for themselves in the transaction. Sincere thanks to Martin.
