Returns & Guarantee Policy
At Care to Comfort, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Please take a moment to read our returns policy carefully.
Returning Beds & Mattresses
For hygiene and health reasons, especially under current Covid-related guidelines:
- Only unopened beds and mattresses can be returned.
- If you’re unsure about the product and want to test it, please keep it fully sealed in its original packaging.
- Let our delivery team know on the day that you plan to keep it sealed for trial. Once opened or used, the item cannot be returned.
Unhappy With Your Purchase?
If you’ve changed your mind, that’s okay — we just ask:
- Let us know within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Small furniture and bedding items should be returned to us with the original receipt.
- For large bedding items already delivered, a restocking fee of 20% may apply, along with a collection charge if we’re arranging pickup.
Faulty Goods
We’re committed to quality, but if your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll sort it quickly:
- Contact us straight away.
- We’ll arrange for inspection, and if a fault is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Important Notes on Sizing & Fit
- Mattress and bed sizes refer to the sleeping surface only.
- Mattress sizes may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
- A small gap between the mattress and bed base is normal to allow for bedding and rotation – this is not considered a fault.
Our 5-Year Guarantee
All of our beds come with a 5-year guarantee for normal home use. The guarantee does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Repairs or alterations without our approval
We may arrange an inspection if needed. If the issue is covered by the guarantee, we’ll repair or replace the item at no charge.
Delivery Area Preparation
Please make sure the path to the bedroom is clear of obstacles — such as mirrors, pictures, lamps, or narrow walkways — so our team can deliver and install your bed safely. While we take great care, we’re not liable for accidental damage if all precautions were taken by our team.
