Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products

At Care to Comfort, we take great pride in providing products that are individually tailored to meet each client’s unique comfort and care needs. Almost all of our beds are manufactured to order (bespoke), allowing us to customise essential features such as:

Bed height

Bed width

Upholstery colour and finish

Headboard style

Mattress type and firmness

Because each bed is custom-made, specifically to the client’s chosen requirements, these products cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once production has begun.

We understand that circumstances may change, particularly when health concerns arise; however, as these beds are produced exclusively for each individual order, we are regrettably unable to accept returns or cancellations after confirmation.

This policy ensures that every client receives a bed created just for them — designed with care, precision, and the highest standards of craftsmanship.
