Where do we deliver?

We deliver to every part of the island of Ireland — whether you’re in Dublin, Donegal or Dingle, we’ll come to you. Your adjustable bed will arrive straight from our base in Dublin.

Is delivery free?

Yes, it is. Delivery and full setup are completely free of charge on all our adjustable beds.

Do you deliver outside of Ireland?

At the moment, we only deliver within the island of Ireland.

How long does it take to get my bed?

We aim to deliver and install your adjustable bed within 14 days of placing your order. Here’s a quick breakdown:

• We usually need 4–5 working days to process your order and prepare your bed
• Then up to 10 working days for delivery, depending on where you are We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. If you’re working with a tight timeline, just give us a call on 01 295 9000 or email care@caretocomfort.ie — we’ll always try to help.

How long does setup take?

Our friendly delivery team will get your bed fully set up and ready to use in about 40 minutes. They’ll also show you how the controls work and answer any questions you may have. All we ask is that the room is ready and cleared before we arrive.

Will I know when you're coming?

Yes, we’ll be in touch to arrange a day and time that suits you. We always aim to work around your schedule.

Can you take away my old bed or mattress?

Yes, we’re happy to help. We’ll take away your old mattress, upholstered base, and headboard free of charge. Just a note — we can’t take wooden or metal bed frames.

Can I collect my bed instead?

 All our beds are delivered and installed by our team, so we don’t offer collection. This ensures everything is set up safely and correctly in your home.

Anything I need to do before delivery?

To make things as smooth as possible, just make sure the room is cleared before we arrive. We’ll take care of the rest — including removing all packaging for recycling — and make sure you’re confident using your new bed.
