Made to Fit Your Home – And Your Needs
With over 20 gorgeous wood colours and finishes to choose from, you can customise the Amstel bed to suit your taste and space. It comes in a wide range of sizes, with our standard length being 200cm (6ft 6in). Need something a bit different? No problem – we can make it longer or even build one side at 90cm (3ft) and the other at 80cm (2ft 6in) if space is tight in the bedroom.

For those who’d like a bit more access around the bed, we also offer a split version (available in dual mechanism beds) – ideal if two people share the bed but have different needs.

A Mattress You’ll Actually Love Sleeping On
Every Amstel bed includes our Dream-Cloud Luxury Orthopaedic Mattress, handmade in Co. Wexford and specially designed for electric beds. It's breathable, flexible, and contours to your body with a generous layer of Cool Reflex Foam to help ease pressure points. Whether you prefer soft-to-medium or firm support, you’ll get a restful night’s sleep.

The high-quality, zip-off cover is easy to wash and stretches naturally with the movement of your bed – ideal for daily use.

Strong & Supportive Mechanism
The standard electric mechanism comes with 28 slats and supports up to 120kg (just under 19 stone). If you need extra support, we offer a heavy-duty version that holds up to 150kg (23 stone). All our electric and vertical-lift mechanisms are made in Germany – built to last and whisper-quiet.

Support Where It Matters – Vertical-Lift Option
Looking after someone at home? The Amstel bed can be fitted with a Vertical-Lift Mechanism, on one or both sides (except in 4ft 6in/140cm size). It’s a brilliant option for those who need extra help getting in and out of bed. And it doesn’t have to be added right away – we can fit it later if your needs change.
