The Buford Electric Adjustable Bed brings together elegant design and everyday comfort. Handcrafted from solid beech, its clean lines and natural wood finish give it a modern look that will fit seamlessly into any bedroom.

This bed offers full adjustability at the head and foot, and also comes with an optional vertical-lift mechanism — ideal for at-home care or anyone needing additional assistance. You can choose the lift on one side or both sides of the bed, with the option to add it later if needed.

Every Buford bed includes a Dream-Cloud Luxury Orthopaedic Mattress, handmade in Co. Wexford and designed specifically for electric beds. It’s breathable, flexible, and available in Soft to Medium or Firm feel.

The Buford is available in a range of sizes and leg heights, with custom options for smaller spaces — such as having one side 90cm and the other 80cm wide. You can also choose from three natural wood finishes and three stylish headboard designs.

With nationwide delivery, full installation, and a 5-year guarantee, the Buford bed is built for comfort, care, and style — now and into the future.

Can I choose the finish and headboard style?

Yes, the Buford bed comes in three wood finishes and three headboard styles — all interchangeable.

Is the mattress included?

Yes. Each bed includes a Dream-Cloud Luxury Orthopaedic Mattress, made in Ireland and tailored for adjustable beds.

Can I add a vertical lift later?

Absolutely. The vertical-lift mechanism can be installed later on one or both sides, if needed.

Is this bed suitable for smaller bedrooms?

Yes. We can manufacture the bed with one side narrower (e.g. 90cm and 80cm) to suit tighter spaces.

How high is the bed from the floor?

You can choose from two leg heights — 42cm or 48cm to the top of the bed (not including mattress thickness).

Do you deliver and install?

Yes – we offer free nationwide delivery and setup by our own expert team.

Can I get help with financing?

Yes. Finance is available through Capital Credit Union with the CU Smart Pay loan scheme.

Is the bed eligible for a VAT refund?
