What makes this bed stand out is its clever central divide. With a simple click, the bed separates in the middle, giving carers full access to both sides of the mattress. Once care is complete, it easily joins back together for shared use. This feature has proven to be a game-changer for many of our customers, helping families stay close while making care easier and safer.

It’s not just functional — the Lislee Split Bed is also a modern, sleek wooden bed, available in over 20 hand-finished wood colours and several sizes, including King, Super King and Extra Large. You can also choose split widths if space is tight — for example, one side at 90cm and the other at 80cm.

Each bed comes with our Dream-Cloud Luxury Orthopaedic Mattress, handmade in Co. Wexford, with a choice of Soft to Medium or Firm comfort. These mattresses are breathable, supportive, and designed to work perfectly with adjustable mechanisms.

For additional support, the bed can also include a Vertical-Lift Mechanism on one or both sides — helping carers assist with mobility or positioning. And if you don’t need it straight away, the lift can be added later on.

What’s the benefit of the split feature?

It allows carers to assist from both sides of the mattress, then reconnects for shared sleeping.

Is it still comfortable for couples?

Absolutely — once rejoined, it functions like a standard dual bed with two mattresses and independent controls.

Can I have one side smaller than the other?

Yes, if space is tight we can make one side 80cm and the other 90cm, for example.

Is the vertical lift included?

It’s optional and can be added to one or both sides, either at purchase or later.

Is there a mattress included?

Yes, the price includes a luxury Dream-Cloud orthopaedic mattress, made in Co. Wexford.

Is delivery included?

Yes. We’ll deliver, install the bed, and remove your old one — free of charge, nationwide.

Can I claim VAT back?
